Welcome to Ruff Greens! We are looking for hard-working, dependable, caring individuals who love pets as much as we do and are hungry to learn and grow in an environment that strives to support pets and owners while providing world class customer service in our inbound call center. Part-time and Full-time positions are available in our new Greenville Texas office.
You will serve customers by answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests and processing orders. No cold calling, these are customers calling to order or ask questions about our product.
Job Duties:
· Communicate with current and potential customers via phone, email and chat.
· Assist customers by placing orders and reviewing their order history and account.
· Answer product questions, researching, locating, and providing information as needed.
· Resolve order problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers/alternative solutions and by escalating unresolved problems.
· Sell additional products/services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell.
· Maintain call center database by capturing required information.
· Complete follow-up items as requested.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED.
· 6-12 months of Customer Service experience (Retail or Call Center preferred).
· Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.
· Ability to handle high volume calls environment.
· Computer literate
· Type 45 Words Per Minute

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
