Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30–5 | Occasional Overtime
We’re looking for a Service Writer with mechanical know-how to join our team. If you understand equipment and enjoy helping customers, this role connects you with both — handling repair orders, quotes, and communication between customers, technicians, and the service team.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and manage service requests
- Write and review repair orders for accuracy
- Provide reliable parts and labor quotes
- Keep customers updated on job status
- Support technicians and Service Manager during busy seasons
- Ensure shop safety and efficiency
What You Bring
- Mechanical experience or strong equipment knowledge (required)
- Previous service writer or dealership experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Valid Driver’s License
