Goals & Responsibilities 

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

• Assist with the design and analysis of structural systems for buildings and infrastructure
• Support the preparation of construction documents and technical reports
• Participate in field inspections and site visits to verify construction quality
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation
• Apply engineering principles to solve real-world challenges
• Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment
  

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in civil or structural engineering or a related field
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Basic knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
