Gregory Rueb and Paul Stoller have represented tens of thousands of clients throughout the United States in complex multi-district mass tort litigation, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and more. Most recently, Buck Daniel secured a $20M verdict (with an upcoming retrial on the announced $50M Punitive that was determined a mistrial) for our clients in a toxic exposure trial in Covington, Georgia.  Their patience to learn the facts of each case they handle, whether large or small, combined with a deep understanding of the law make them fierce opponents in the courtroom and at the negotiating table.

Job Responsibilities

· Review client files for accuracy and completeness

· Routine communications with clients and attorneys regarding case status

· Work with assigned Case Managers through case buildup process 

· Assists with the preparation, filing, and service of filings, and pleadings 

· Prepare and respond to discovery

· Review and analyze medical records to identify qualifying injuries

· Monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Paralegal certificate or equivalent education and/or work experience

· Past work experience and training under the supervision of a licensed attorney

· Proficient in MS Office; specifically, Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat
