Base Salary Range: 80,000 annually

What You’ll Do…
We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Financial Analyst to join our retail company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial data and reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, sales data, and operational metrics to identify trends and anomalies
- Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis reports
- Support the development of financial models to evaluate business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience as a financial analyst, preferably in retail or consumer goods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools (e.g., ERP systems, Tableau)
- Knowledge of retail industry metrics and operations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
