Rudy's Inflight Catering is the pioneer and worldwide leader in the Aviation Inflight Catering business. Rudy's operates out of our headquarters in Teterboro, New Jersey. We also have an additional facility directly on the field at Westchester County Airport in White Plains, NY.
We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We are looking to hire A Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a CSR you will handle catering orders taken by telephone or emails. You will obtain and evaluate all relevant information to process the orders promptly. You will respond to the client and coordinate with the kitchen staff to fulfill the orders on time.
Requirements:
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends & holidays
A min of 3 years customer service experience in hospitality or event planning needed.
Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong computer skills.
