Rudy's Inflight Catering is the pioneer and worldwide leader in the Aviation Inflight Catering business. Rudy's operates out of our headquarters in Teterboro, New Jersey.
Shift: Sunday – Thursday 10PM to 6AM
The Overnight Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all overnight operations within the facility to ensure the timely preparation, assembly, and delivery of meals and beverages. This role ensures compliance with food safety regulations, allergy specifications, quality standards, and operational deadlines while leading and developing a team in a fast-paced production environment.
Supervise and coordinate overnight production, assembly, and dispatch operations to meet flight schedules.
Lead, coach, and motivate production, warehouse, and transportation team members to achieve productivity and quality goals.
Ensure all flights are catered accurately and on time according to customer specifications.
Perform quality control inspections on meals before dispatch.
Investigate and resolve operational issues, customer service concerns, and production delays.
Complete shift reports.
3–5 years of experience in food production or catering.
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
