Customer Service Representative (CSR) Rudolph Tire – Murray, KY
About the Role Join Rudolph Tire, a leading wholesale tire distributor serving thousands of retailers nationwide since 1981. We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support our phone team in Murray, KY.
In this role, you will handle incoming calls and emails from dealers, assist with tire orders and product questions, process orders in our B2B system, and make outbound prospecting calls to help expand our customer network. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent support on tire orders, product details, and account questions
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to build relationships and drive growth
- Enter, track, and manage orders accurately in our B2B platform
- Log all customer interactions in HubSpot for seamless follow-up

Qualifications
