JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities include managing correspondence with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field associates, assisting in project management tasks, and contributing to estimate development. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Ensure strict adherence to GEM Inc safety practices and procedures
-Assist with project planning and implementation
-Support procurement of labor, materials, and equipment
-Maintain document control including submittals, method statements, safety reports, and drawing logs
-Develop and update meeting minutes
-Coordinate subcontractor activities
-Contribute to estimating efforts
-Assist with contract administration and cost control
-Support sales efforts and customer satisfaction initiatives
-Travel to job sites as required by project managers and superintendents
SKILLS
-Willingness to travel as needed to support project execution
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general technology tools
-Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and respond quickly to requests from customers, superintendents, and construction partners
-Working knowledge of construction blueprints and specifications (preferred)
-Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
-Adaptability to meet the unique requirements of diverse job sites and project scopes
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or similar preferred
-Experience in the construction industry preferred
