What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Rudeen Management?
Job Shift: Monday - Friday
Job Summary:
This individual will be responsible for all maintenance aspects of the communities operations and will work closely with the Property Manager
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Oversees the day-to-day maintenance operations
- Supervise the Maintenance Technicians and Floaters on each
- Conducts monthly safety meetings and inspections in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to supervise and lead a team
- 1-year experience in the industry - Required
- Able to lift, push or pull a minimum of 50 pounds individually, regularly
- Able to properly operate tools, machines and equipment
- Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and painting
- Valid driver license
- English language proficiency
- Great customer service
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suites
- Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards as they apply to residential housing
