Role Description
RUDDY. is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for a hybrid role based in Washington, D.C. The Leasing Consultant will focus on leasing activities, responding to prospective renter inquiries, conducting property tours, and managing lease preparations and documentation. Responsibilities include ensuring resident satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly, maintaining strong resident retention efforts, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role also involves facilitating lease administration processes, collaborating with team members, and contributing to a professional and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of lease structures, preparation, and administration
- Proficiency in resident retention strategies and relationship building
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with residents and team members
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and addressing resident concerns
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of property management software is a plus
- Prior experience in property management or leasing is advantageous
