POSITION SUMMARY |
RUD is hiring an Operations Manager to join our Licensing and Titling team.
This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in high-volume title and registration processing, and driving team performance against productivity and service standards.
As a leader within a fast-growing transportation service and logistics company, this position plays a critical role in building scalable processes, strengthening team capabilities, and delivering a high level of service to our clients and partners. WHAT YOU WILL DO |
- Lead, manage, and develop the Licensing and Titling team, ensuring accountability to productivity, accuracy, and service standards.
- Oversee daily operations related to licensing and titling across all 50 states, ensuring timely and compliant processing for fleet companies and dealerships.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex DMV issues, proactively troubleshooting and resolving challenges to keep orders moving forward.
- Establish, monitor, and drive team performance against key metrics, including volume, turnaround time, and error rates.
- Build and refine scalable processes and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall team performance.
- Partner closely with the Client Support team to ensure clear, timely communication on order status and to enhance the overall client experience.
- Train, coach, and onboard team members, fostering a culture of growth, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper handling of sensitive documentation and compliance with all state-specific requirements and internal standards.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements, automation, and process improvements to support company growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with DMV contacts and external partners to support efficient operations.
COMPENSATION |
- Starting at $65,000 annually

- In-office position, Monday – Friday
