We’re a fast-moving startup looking for a marketer who can drive growth in a measured, ROI-focused way. You’ll own paid acquisition (Google Meta) and organic marketing efforts, with the potential of also managing a portfolio of vendor ad budgets designed to drive eCommerce purchases of higher-ticket, purchasing a few times a year, building materials. This role is ideal for someone who’s scrappy yet disciplined, comfortable with data, and eager to build a growth engine from the ground up.What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to acquire drivers, professionals, and vendors.
- Build and manage a lean, effective organic marketing strategy (social, email, content, community) with a clear calendar.
- Run A/B tests and apply analytics to validate decisions — scaling what works, cutting what doesn’t.
- Keep marketing measured and targeted: no wasted spend, no experiments without clear learning goals.
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of vendor ad budgets, focused on driving eCommerce conversions for large, infrequent purchases (e.g., lumber packages, specialty building materials).
- Report on campaign performance to both internal stakeholders and vendors, highlighting ROI and actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Meta Ads; ability to manage campaigns across multiple budgets and audiences.
- Strong background in performance marketing where efficiency and ROI were key.
- Experience with organic marketing/content planning and building calendars.
- Data-driven mindset: you let numbers guide decisions and know how to communicate results.
- Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and takes ownership.
- (Nice to have) Experience scaling a startup or running paid media for higher-ticket, longer-cycle products.
