Role Description
On-site role for a Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include communicating with clients to understand their travel needs, booking reservations for flights, accommodations, and excursions, and resolving any travel-related issues that may arise. The role also includes working closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in arranging Travel Arrangements and working within a Travel Agency environment
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of clients
- Attention to detail and ability to coordinate complex itineraries
- Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools is preferred
- Passion for travel and a keen interest in helping clients create memorable experiences
