A Day in the Life of a Front Desk/Reception Agent
Upon arrival and shift change you'll actively engage in team meetings to discuss the needs of the property. With your welcoming smile and warm personality, you will interact with our guests regarding every facet of their stay - indulging them in their delights and assisting them in their dismays. Accommodating the guests is your number one priority which includes attending to pre-arrival requests, seamless check-ins/check-outs, providing insider information on the local happenings and excursions, and anticipating their needs. You are the gatekeeper to their journey's happiness!
