Day-to-Day
- Inbound Support: Deliver empathetic, articulate, and professional assistance to inbound callers across various industries.
- Multitasking and Adaptability: Seamlessly switching between unique client protocols, data entry systems, and customized call scripts across two monitors.
- Performance Goals: Meet and exceed core KPI's, including schedule adherence, average call wrap-up times, and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
- Located withing 50 miles of San Antonio, Texas
- A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and comfort navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- A warm, professional demeanor with the ability to remain composed and empathetic, even during challenging interactions.
- A proven track record of self-motivation and reliable attendance.
- Preferred, but not required:
- Experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Office 365.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
- $19/hr

- Internet speeds of 50 Mbps Download/10 Mbps Upload.
- A web camera.
- Professional-grade wired headset with built-in microphone.
- Two monitors with a minimum screen resolution of 1600x900.
- Employees must supply their own compliant hardware during initial onboarding. After 90 days, Ruby will provide company-issued equipment.
