Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and friendly food and beverage service following the CHARM service model.
- Learn and explain menu offerings, making recommendations and suggestive selling to guests as needed.
- Ensure accurate order input into MICROS in a timely manner.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Check back with guests to provide refills and pre-bus stations, ensuring their needs are met throughout the meal.
