Responsibilities
- Receive and process garments for dry cleaning and laundry services with care and precision
- Assist customers with their clothing needs, including answering questions and providing friendly service
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Organize garments for pickup or delivery, ensuring timely completion of services
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dry cleaning industries is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations
