Ruby Mountain Resource Center is seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to join our team and support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through our Jobs & Day Training (JDT) programs.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about person-centered services, compliance, and advocacy, and who enjoys working collaboratively with a small, mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure implementation of participant Person-Centered Plans (PCPs)
- Monitor service delivery to ensure regulatory and contract compliance
- Maintain and review participant documentation and service records
- Coordinate with service coordinators, regional centers, and partner agencies
- Ensure incident reporting procedures are followed
- Support staff training related to participant rights, documentation, and safety
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Monitor employment and vocational activities to support participant goals
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services Feild
- One or more years of professional experience in the field of developmental disabilities
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and person-centered services
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliability and professionalism
- Ability to pass background checks as required

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
