The General Manager will oversee the daily operations, programs, and strategic initiatives of Ruby Mountain Resource Center in Elko, NV. Key responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring program quality and compliance, fostering community partnerships, and implementing organizational goals. The role involves overseeing the financial management, including budgeting and fundraising, coordinating operational activities, and ensuring the thrift store runs effectively. Additionally, the General Manager will communicate with the Board of Directors and serve as the liaison with community stakeholders, advocating for RMRC’s mission and values. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Elko, NV.
