Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based, hierarchical programming rooted in data analysis, ongoing progress monitoring, and continuous client assessment
- Provide continuous direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs managing patient caseloads
- Offer consistent direct and indirect family guidance crucial for program effectiveness
- Foster regular communication with all members of the treatment team
- Engage in collaborative efforts with external service providers beyond Ruby ABA
- Review data promptly and communicate findings as necessary to team members
- Uphold professional boundaries as prescribed by the BACB
- Conduct thorough initial intake assessments and periodic reassessments
- Develop discharge and transition plans for children under your care
- Passion for positively impacting a child's life
- Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) accredited by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month
- COBA certification
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Possession of a dependable vehicle and valid driver's license for commuting to clients' homes
- Proven experience in employing ABA techniques with individuals facing developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges

- Respond promptly to client movements or behaviors to ensure client and staff safety
- Maintain physical stamina to conduct client observations, caregiver meetings, and staff supervision across multiple hours per day
