- Providing direction and support for engineering teams from a technical and tactical perspective
- Managing dynamic coders ensuring quality and efficient delivery in a fast-paced development environment
- Being a liaison between senior level business units and engineering
- Understanding and implementing relevant compliance standards
Requirements:
- 4 yrs Management / leadership of software development teams
- 4 yrs Architectural experience (i.e. work as a visionary)
- 2 yrs previous experience in a technical development role (although this role will not be a coding role)
Recommended but not required:
- Experience with Compliance and Payments a plus
- Experience with billion-dollar payment systems
- Experience with scaling a hypergrowth company
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Open Source technologies (i.e. JAVA, REST, Linux)
