Reservationist

Overview

This role focuses on delivering first-class customer service experience, managing reservations and flow, and supporting a premier dining experience in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability are essential?

Key Responsibilities

Respond to guest inquiries via email in a timely and courteous manner

Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately

Provide detailed information about services, availability, pricing, and policies

Handle special requests and ensure they are communicated to relevant departments

Maintain clear and organized records of guest interactions and bookings

Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues when necessary

Ensure all communication reflects company standards in tone and professionalism

Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience in a host/guest services role, preferably in upscale, fine-dining, or resort settings; winter season experience in Aspen is a plus.

Exceptional hospitality instincts, with a calm-and-helpful approach and strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Familiarity with reservation systems and front-of-house software; basic cash handling is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related training or certifications are a plus.
