About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Associate to help drive high-impact recruiting efforts across Rubicon and our portfolio companies. This individual will support executive search initiatives, strengthen internal recruiting processes, manage high-value candidate networks, and help ensure Rubicon hires the right leaders quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a high level of professionalism, and acts as a culture carrier who contributes to an engaged, high-performing team.
What You’ll Do
Talent Sourcing & Network Building
- Build and maintain a strong network of executive and high-impact candidates
- Proactively identify talent for current and future hiring needs
- Keep candidate pipelines active, organized, and up to date
Executive Search Support
- Support searches for internal Rubicon roles and portfolio executive hires
- Match network candidates to open roles and upcoming needs
- Conduct outreach, initial assessments, and coordinate interviews
Enablement & Recruiting Operations
- Improve hiring workflows and support recruiting best practices
- Help optimize tools, processes, and reporting to accelerate decision-making
- Collaborate closely with Talent, deal teams, and portfolio leaders
Culture & Team Contribution
- Serve as a Rubicon culture carrier, reinforcing our high standards
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences
- Contribute to hiring outcomes that result in no regrettable churn
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in executive search, recruiting, or similar talent-focused roles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for networking
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at prioritizing
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented
- Interest in recruiting enablement and process improvement
