Rubicon Pizza is located in the heart of the Northstar Village and has been in operation since 2007. We offer a family friendly atmosphere, serving gourmet pizza, pasta and salad, 11 microbrews on tap, a full bar and an affordable wine list.

Server Duties 

Take food and drink orders from customers accurately with a positive attitude.
Write food orders down accurately, enter orders into POS for kitchen staff.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
Knowledge of the menu and Tahoe area, with the ability to make suggestions.
Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Collect payments from tables.
Help seat guests, run food and buss tables.

Server Requirements

Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff.
Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.

Work as a team player!

Can lift 50lbs, stand on feet and walk throughout the shift.
