Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to maximize efficiency and lifespan
- Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting and system testing
- Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all installations and repairs
- Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and appliances to ensure safety and compliance
Experience
- Experience as an HVAC service technician or installer preferred, but will train the right candidate
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems is highly desirable
- Field service experience working directly with clients in residential or commercial settings helpful
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record mandatory
- Certifications in HVAC/R technology or related fields are a plus; ongoing training encouraged
