Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Hand, your day-to-day activities will involve physically moving products throughout the facility safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for packing, staging, and loading products onto trucks or trailers for wholesale orders. Additionally, you will build and prepare manufacturing orders accurately and on time. Safely operating a forklift to move heavy materials and pallets is a core part of the job. You must maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and product integrity, while keeping the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet several key requirements.
Requirement Description:
- Must have a reliable vehicle to ensure consistent attendance.
- Punctuality Strict adherence to work schedules is required.
- Ability to stand for long hours and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must be able to lift, bend, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Proven ability to operate a forklift safely (certification preferred, but not required).
- Strong focus on accuracy in packing and staging orders.
