Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee customer accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships, and act as the primary point of contact for specific accounts. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, driving customer satisfaction, resolving client issues, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Regular reporting of account performance and participation in meetings with stakeholders to align on goals and strategies will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in sales management, account management, or customer service
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Solid understanding of the automotive, commercial, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
