Job Description for the lead Line Cook:
Both of our restaurants are looking to expand and grow our existing team with professional Lead Line Cooks under the direction of our Head Chef Jeremy Hanlon. Both restaurants are steps away from the beach and our high-volume kitchens offer a wide variety of seafood-inspired dishes infused with seasonal favorites for Breakfast or Brunch, Lunch and Dinner. We are looking for intelligent, dependable, friendly, and dedicated, positive team members to join us. Plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement.

Lead Line Cook Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
- Assisting with stacking & setting up the kitchen stations
- Preparing food, including cleaning/cutting ingredients, cooking/frying/grilling main dishes, appetizers
- Plating & expiating the prepared foods based on Head Chef's guidance
- Working with servers to make sure all orders are completed on time, noting special requests
- Cleaning, washing & storing of equipment, utensils, etc at end of shift
- Ensuring that our kitchen procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
Requirements, Skills, Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience, culinary classes a plus
- Being able to lift or carry up to 50lbs
