Location: Orlando, FL (International Drive) — Remote/Field-Based

RTS is a high-growth recruiting and training engine built for home-service companies. We help roofing, HVAC, solar, pest control, and other field-service organizations hire better, faster, and more consistently. We are expanding our sales team with driven, motivated Account Executives who can both generate leads and close new clients.
This is a 1099, full-commission role with strong earning potential and no income cap.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate leads through outreach, networking, and relationship-building
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos with home-service companies
- Manage a full sales cycle: prospect → demo → proposal → close
- Follow up with warm leads provided through marketing efforts
- Attend occasional in-person meetings or events in Orlando (not required daily)
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline activity
- Represent RTS with professionalism and clarity when speaking with business owners
Compensation
This role is 100% commission with weekly earning potential.
Expected Annual Earnings Potential:
$80,000–$150,000 depending on weekly activity and performance

- Experience in sales, lead gen, recruiting, or home-services is a plus (not required)
- Comfortable running Zoom demos and making outbound calls
- Organized, disciplined, and able to manage your own schedule
