The Shipping & Receiving Associate plays a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, processing outbound shipments, maintaining inventory records, and utilizing computer systems to create and print shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other shipping documentation. Previous experience is helpful but not required, and training will be provided. Primary Responsibilities Order Fulfillment and Shipping  Pull, pack, label, and stage customer orders accurately and within required timeframes.  Create and print shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, shipping documents, and reports using company systems and printers.  Coordinate outbound shipments with approved carriers and freight providers.  Verify each shipment for accuracy before departure. Systems and Records  Use shipping software, inventory systems, barcode scanners, and internal reporting tools.  Maintain organized, accurate shipping and receiving records and documentation. Additional Responsibilities  Assist with material handling and transportation of materials throughout the facility.  Assist with inventory cycle counts and weekly inventory control activities.  Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment when trained and authorized.  Assist production and warehouse personnel as operational needs require.  Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas. Follow safe work practices, wear required PPE, and contribute to a safe work environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively in person and through email. Ability to operate and navigate Windows-based computer systems. Proficiency with data entry, inventory tracking systems, and shipping software. Ability to use printers to generate shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and reports. Experience using barcode scanners and inventory management systems preferred. Forklift, heavy equipment, and box truck experience is a plus. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, or manufacturing is preferred but not required. RTS Companies US Inc. is willing to train qualified candidates. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
