Portfolio Manager/Marketing Agent

RTR Services, a National Asset Management Company, with an office in O’Fallon, MO is looking to add a Portfolio Manager/Marketing Agent to our O’Fallon, MO team, due to continued growth.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes PTO, medical, dental, life insurance and a retirement program with company match. This is a Monday-Friday position in a professional office environment. The hours are generally 8:30am-5:30pm.

Primary Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Product Research.
• Market Analysis.
• Determining Equipment Values.
• Advertising and selling the Collateral.
• Reporting and Documentation of Results.

Qualifications and Skills:

• You must be a self-motivated team player that learns quickly, multi-tasks efficiently, and responds promptly to changing priorities.
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using a computer (email, researching equipment, sending/receiving photos, etc.).
• Sales background is a plus; however not required. Work ethic and drive will outweigh sales experience.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
• Ability to negotiate effectively.
• Excels at providing customer service, great follow through.
• Multi-tasker who can function well in a fast-paced department.
• Exceptional organizational skills and time management.
• Can pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screening.

· On-the-job training is provided, and you would be working with an established management team with several decades of industry knowledge and experience.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $3,600.00 per month.

• After 90 days, in addition to your base salary, bonuses and commissions are initiated. How much your pay increases are based on your abilities, but it is targeted to be between $46,000 to $55,000 / yearly!

Working Conditions:

Growing company with strong mentorship and a track record of promotion from within. Works in a typical office environment. Employees must possess good manual dexterity; be able to sit, stand, kneel, and squat; be able to lift at least 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally. Regular attendance is required to perform the job satisfactorily.
