We are a locally owned restaurant group operating busy, full-service restaurants in Cary, NC, and we are looking for a strong hospitality leader to join our management team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the floor, building strong teams, supporting bar and service operations, and creating a consistently great guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading daily FOH and bar operations
• Managing service execution and shift flow
• Hiring, scheduling, coaching, and developing staff
• Guest recovery and maintaining service standards
• Labor management and team accountability
• Coordinating with kitchen leadership and ownership

• Is comfortable leading busy shifts and bar operations
