Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager / GC hybrid who can manage projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is a mix of field and office responsibilities, with flexibility to work from home when appropriate. You will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and running smoothly.
Currently Seeking: Someone to run one singular project-Night shift needed for the first 8 months. (5 PM-12 AM) Changes to day shift after job is complete.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and material deliveries
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Identify and solve problems proactively in the field and during planning
- Ensure quality control and attention to detail across all phases
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in commercial construction (retail, office, restaurant preferred)
- Ability to see problems as opportunities and act decisively
- Strong communication skills with both clients and field teams
- High attention to detail—catching issues before they become problems
