As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our donors, supporters, and partners—ensuring every interaction reflects our organization’s core values of integrity, empathy, and service excellence.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications teams to deliver exceptional service, support community initiatives, and strengthen donor relationships. This role combines customer service, nonprofit communications, data management, and community engagement in a dynamic, mission-focused setting.

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors, supporters, and community partners
• Draft and send acknowledgment messages, updates, and donor communications
• Support the planning and execution of community events, fundraising campaigns, and donor engagement activities
• Maintain accurate donor records and manage data in CRM and tracking systems
• Create and analyze reports and engagement metrics to assess performance
• Coordinate timelines, tasks, and communications across internal departments
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and enhance donor satisfaction
• Stay current on nonprofit best practices and emerging trends in donor engagement

• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Friendly, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach to service
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Previous experience in customer service, donor relations, administrative support, or CRM management is beneficial
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM platforms (preferred but not required)
