Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling for multiple departments using office management software and calendar systems.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative functions.
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to prepare reports, correspondence, and scheduling updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and support skills.
- Assist with office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and supporting clerical duties to ensure a well-run office environment.
- Support billing, bookkeeping, and basic administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the office operations.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
