RTI International seeks a Regulatory Affairs Specialist 1 to join the Risk and Compliance team. The successful incumbent will report directly to the Senior Manager, Records Management.
What You'll Do
Job Summary:
Assist with the development, implementation, and administration of organization's regulatory compliance systems, programs, and services
Essential Duties:
- Interpret and follow instructions related to regulatory requirements
- Assist with the resolution to questions of a regulatory nature.
- Draft standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Disseminate regulatory information and updates.
- Implement regulatory training plans and initiatives.
- Set up and operate digital inventory and information management systems
- Identify error, gaps, and issues; propose and implement corrective actions
- Perform quality control and corrective action activities
- Assist with operation IRB committee functions to ensure compliance with the human subjects' regulations, and Quality Office activities to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Collaborate with staff from other departments and groups and help ensure compliance with instructions, policies, and regulations
