Skills and Experience:

Required:

• Possess Master’s degree or higher in a business-related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experienc

e• Demonstrated 15 years of specialized experience with DoD or other government agency budgetary or finance processes

.• Demonstrated 15 years of specialized experience working with financial tools, e.g. Momentum

.• Demonstrated experience working with visualization and analytic tools, such as Tableau, R, and Python

.• Demonstrated 15 years of specialized experience in U.S. Intelligence-funded programs

.Desired: MUST MEET 3 of the 5 below

1. .• Demonstrated experience with DoD or other government agency key budget execution processes including: funds control, fund transfers, travel orders, and credit card purchases
2. .• Demonstrated experience with fund execution policies for principal DoD appropriations
3. .• Demonstrated experience with DoD and IC programs and budgets
4. .• Demonstrated specialized experience resolving resource management issues in support of the DoD or IC community mission
5. .• Demonstrated experience with the role of the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) in controlling and executing funds for a Service major command or a Defense Agency
