We are seeking a creative and organized Communications Coordinator to manage all community communications. This role is responsible for producing high-quality content for our monthly magazine, website, email newsletters, app alerts, and social media. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with design and digital skills, capable of building community engagement through clear, consistent messaging.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for print, web, email, and app notifications
- Develop and maintain an annual editorial calendar
- Attend and photograph community events; write event recaps
- Support HOA committees and leadership with internal and external messaging
- Update and manage the community website and assist residents with access
- Monitor communication analytics and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with vendors, staff, and committees
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and website CMS (WordPress preferred)
- Familiarity with web content, email marketing, and social media platforms
- Organized, collaborative, and responsive to deadlines and feedback
- HOA experience is a plus
