Job Responsibilities:
- Basic home repairs in apartment rental homes per brand standards.
- Basic pool maintenance includes draining, filling and balancing pools.
- Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
- Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing a make-ready checklist.
- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of exterior buildings, garbage areas, and parking areas. Ensure common areas are clean and free of trash and pet waste.
- Assist with vendor management as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment.
- Perform Snow shoveling, lawn care, and weeding as needed.
- Complete other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills & positive attitude
- Ability to create strong relationships with residents
- CPO Pool Certification – Preferred or within 90 Days
- CPR Certification – Preferred or within 90 Days
- Team Player with a passion for service
- Previous experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
- Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
- Schedule for Summer Season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) is four 10-hour shifts. Sunday-Wednesday. 9:30AM-8:30PM.
- Schedule can shift to Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM in Off-Season, if preferred.
Compensation:
- Pay rate: $26.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience
- 20 PTO Days annually; plus 6 Holidays annually

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in variable weather conditions and temperatures.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Required to be on your feet regularly to walk, kneel, push, pull, lift and carry heavy loads.
