As a T-Mobile Fiber Sales Representative, you’ll be the frontline hero promoting our revolutionary fiber service door-to-door in residential areas. Key Responsibilities
- Hit the Neighborhoods: Conduct door-to-door outreach in target residential areas to introduce T-Mobile Fiber.
- Educate and Excite: Break down the perks – gigabit speeds, unlimited data, easy setup – while highlighting promotions and competitive pricing to spark interest.
- Seal the Deal: Overcome objections, close sales contracts, and handle all documentation for seamless activations.
- Drive Results: Track leads and performance in CRM tools, aiming to crush weekly/monthly quotas with top-tier customer service.
- Build Bonds: Foster positive relationships, represent the magenta brand with pride, and contribute to community buzz around T-Mobile Fiber.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Outside/door-to-door sales or telecom background preferred (but we’ll train motivated newcomers!).
- Skills: Killer communication, persuasion, and people skills; tech-savvy enough to demo fiber benefits on the spot. Comfortable with CRM software and outdoor work.
- Mindset: Self-starter with unbreakable drive, resilience in all weather, and a passion for results. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Essentials: High school diploma; bilingual (English/Spanish) a huge plus. Willingness to relocate to launch markets as needed.
