Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to uphold high standards of appearance and health.
- Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, chainsaws, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently.
- Use hand tools and power tools for tasks like aeration, fertilizing, pest control, and soil preparation.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure all tools and machinery are in excellent working condition for ongoing use.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, gardening, horticulture, and general groundskeeping.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as chainsaws, power tools, and company vehicles safely following all safety protocols.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to grounds maintenance and landscaping projects.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating grounds maintenance vehicles preferred.
