Position Summary
The Land Administration Records Technician is responsible for maintaining Land and Land Administration records both digitally and paper sourced. The technician position requires cross-functional communication and collaboration with other groups such as Land Administration, Land, Corporate Development, Information Governance, IT, and Legal.
In This Role, You Will
Locate, review, and inventory physical information assets located on Company premises.
Locate, consolidate, correct, and enter metadata related to physical and digital on-site Company information assets into Company systems and related tracking methods.
Review and remediation of the metadata for Company information assets located in off-site storage.
Perform other duties and special projects, as required.
What We Require
Minimum of 3 years of records and information management experience.
Minimum of 2 years previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an information management-related environment.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and SharePoint skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to plan and organize workload, adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
Solid interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build relationships in a small team environment as well as with external parties.
Bring a positive team player attitude that is dependable and committed to the objectives given.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to frequently move or lift boxes and other items weighing up to 40lbs pounds as needed.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Occasional stooping, kneeling, bending, and crawling.
Occasional use of short ladders.
