What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on experience, you’ll be trained in:
- Hardwood floor installation
- Sanding and finishing
- Custom stair systems
- Jobsite prep and cleanup
- Professional tools and equipment
- Working in high-end homes where mistakes aren’t acceptable
We’ll train you—but only if you’re willing to learn.
Experience
- Experience is a plus, not required
- Construction or trade background helps
- Attitude, effort, and reliability matter more than experience
