Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Car Wash Manager to grow our customer base with goals to grow our unlimited packages and lead our car wash operations. In this role, you'll oversee daily activities, ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, maintain mechanical upkeep and manage a team of staff. The ideal candidate is passionate about maintaining a clean environment, has strong leadership skills. Your goal will be to deliver top-quality service while keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
- Must be mechanically inclined and capable to oversee and supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring all services are operating properly and quality standards are upheld for customer expectations.
- Manage and train staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service practices.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment and facilities.
- Develop schedules for team members to optimize coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, detergents, and other materials needed for efficient operation.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Skills
- Proven mechanical skills, supervising or management experience in customer service a must.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and interact with customers professionally.
