Job Description
RSVP, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and reliable part-time Job Site Trainer/Direct Support Professional to provide on-site support to one individual with a disability at their place of employment. This person has been successfully employed at their current position and requires minimal skills training — the focus is on offering redirection when needed and being a consistent safety support in the workplace.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Location: Single job site (no travel between locations)
- Role Type: Part-time
What You’ll Do:
- Provide on-site support to ensure continued success and safety on the job
- Offer reminders and redirection to keep tasks on track
- Serve as a safety support and point of contact for any concerns that arise at work
- Communicate regularly with supervisors, family members, and other stakeholders as needed
- Maintain basic documentation of daily support activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience supporting people with disabilities preferred
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver’s license
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
