What You’ll Accomplish:
- Provide support for reserving and pricing processes.
- Prepare and cleanse data using SQL and Excel.
- Identify potential data issues and conduct research and analysis to determine their impact.
- Assist in optimization of actuarial processes.
- Participate in meetings and informational sessions.
- Work with the team on special projects and assignments, as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field; master’s students may also be considered. Expected graduation date of Fall 2026 or later.
- Passed at least one Actuarial exam.
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with programming languages and/or databases (SQL, R, VBA, Python) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for learning – ability to “be a sponge” and try new things.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
- Work onsite from our Buckhead office a minimum of three days per week.
