Welcome to Operations Engineering You’ll be part of Operations Engineering where you, together with your colleagues, will support the operation and maintenance of offshore wind farms by providing technical insight into WTG components, maintenance strategies, and failure modes. You’ll work closely with site teams, global engineering colleagues, and external partners to help resolve technical issues and improve fleet performance across our offshore portfolio. You’ll play an important role in: supporting technical investigations into offshore WTG nonconformities and failure modes contributing to root cause analysis activities and helping document corrective and preventive actions assisting with troubleshooting frameworks and diagnostic methodologies for WTG systems participating in change management activities related to WTG hardware, software, and firmware identifying and developing technical improvements to optimized uptime and output supporting site teams with technical input and coordination with OEM and engineering partners contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing lessons learned and best practices To succeed in the role, you: have a completed degree in engineering or equivalent experience. bring knowledge of offshore wind turbine technology and maintenance practices. are comfortable working with technical data, documentation, and basic analytical methods. communicate clearly and professionally with technicians, engineers, and stakeholders. take a proactive and structured approach to problem solving in an operational environment. are committed to safety and continuous learning in offshore operations. Position salary range: The salary range for this position is 128,000-160,000 Our salary ranges are based on position level and reflect the cost of labor across multiple U.S geographic markets. Individual pay with the range is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
