About this role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 5–7 years of litigation paralegal experience in plaintiff-side personal injury who has managed a high-volume caseload independently. You should be comfortable supporting trial preparation, drafting pleadings and discovery responses, and managing litigation timelines across 35–40 active files. Bonus points if you have Filevine experience and familiarity with Colorado civil procedure.
What you'll do:
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery responses, and motions across an active docket of ~35–40 litigation files
- Take ownership of litigation timelines, deadlines, and court calendars with minimal oversight
- Coordinate with opposing counsel, courts, and expert witnesses to keep cases moving forward
- Provide hands-on trial preparation and on-site trial support when cases go to court
- Manage pre-litigation support as needed given the firm's dual-track caseload (pre-lit and lit)
- Work directly with two attorneys in a tight-knit, 9-person boutique firm where your output directly impacts client outcomes and the firm's referral-driven reputation
