Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules for Mobile Service Technicians.
- Manage inbound customer calls.
- Provide professional customer service.
- Develop and maintain positive communication with customers.
- Prioritize maintenance calls.
- Communicate updates to customers, technicians and managers.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Administrative support.

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Highly organized. Detail oriented. Independent Problem-Solver.
- At least one year of professional Service Dispatcher experience.
